Happy Valentine's Day!

1 John 4:7-8
“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love."

We hope the first month of 2025 was a good one for everyone! Come and join us in February for a couple of big events right at the start, including our All Youth Nerf Night and our Youth Valentine's Event!

We have a Nerf Night on the 7th! This is a great opportunity to invite friends, doors open at 6pm, we'll eat pizza, and then get straight into action, and end at 9pm. Everyone is welcome to bring their own nerf guns, we'll have tape and markers to label everything so nothing gets mixed up.

The following weekend, we have our Annual Valentine's Event on the 15th, from 5-8pm! All volunteers that evening should come at 4:30pm to set-up and get ready. This event is a thank-you to our church for everything they do in supporting us, including our youth fund, that make it possible to do so much throughout the year and to keep events free or lower cost. So we hope you'll join us in saying a big thank-you to our church family!

Other than that we're on a regular schedule for the month. We are returning to our bible memory verse in 1 John 4. Students who were unable to finish memorizing or weren't around to do so can memorize 1 John 4:9-11 and earn a memory verse shirt in the process. Students who already memorized the verse can expand their memorization by including verses 7-8 & 12 to earn a second shirt!
