Welcome Ministries are Sunday morning teams that provide a hospitable and safe environment to all who enter our doors. Our Welcome Ministries include Welcome Team, GRACE (safety) Team, and our Coffee Team.

Welcome Team
For Those who consider themselves a people person and enjoy meeting others. Positions are available for both adult and youth volunteers.
Team Information & Commitment
Skills you need:
- Friendly, outgoing personalities
- Desire to cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Ability to focus on guests as they arrive, greet attendees, locate seating, answer general questions about the church, and provide introductory information.
- Available to greet at special services and events such as Christmas Eve, etc.
Greeters
The warm, welcoming presence that greets those who attend on Sunday mornings.
Seaters
Assists in identifying and directing attendees to open seating as needed.
New to Grace Ambassador
Provide an encouraging, informative initial contact for visitors to our church.
Children's Ambassador
Assist new families in navigating their initial connection with Grace Airways, our children's ministry.
GRACE TEAM
For those who enjoy providing hospitality, safety and security, who are able to think quickly on their feet and have the ability to help people in times of crisis.
There are positions for those with medical training.

Team Information & Commitment
The GRACE Team provides an alert, welcoming presence along with fast and competent response to security concerns and medical emergencies. The GRACE TEAM name was chosen intentionally to express the purpose and ministry of the team. When done correctly, this ministry supports other ministries of the church.
Skills you need:

- Welcoming and hospitable, observant and attentive.
- Ministry-minded and security-minded attitude.
- Able to stand or walk for over an hour.
- Monthly weeknight training and skills development.
- Serve once or twice per month on Sunday mornings.
Team Positions
Each Sunday morning we have 7 team members who have been trained in the roles in which they serve:
- Team leader
- Presence in the Foyer
- Children's wing
- Medical leader (Trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED)
- Medical Assistant (Trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED)
- Parking lot patrol
- Camera monitor
Coffee Team
For Those who consider themselves a people person and enjoy meeting others.
On Sunday mornings, we want those who come in to feel that love through a warm and enthusiastic welcome. The coffee team works behind the scenes to provide refreshments to facilitate fellowship among ourcongregants.

- Desire to serve by meeting a tangible need,
- Prefer a more behind-the-scenes role
- Training is provided on all ministry tasks, including proper use of the coffee machine

Worship Team
Those who enjoy sharing the Gospel through music and are skilled in either vocal or instrumental music.
Auditions are required.

AV Team
Training is provided!
Those who are comfortable around computers and enjoy working behind the scenes, can think quickly and problem solve in the moment & enjoy having a support role.
- Slides - Operate the ProPresenter Computer
- Producer - Monitor the online stream & Camera switching
Those who have a good ear for sound mixing & enjoy assisting with sharing the Gospel through music behind the scenes by providing quality sound and worship team support.
