Caring Heart Ministry is one to one Christ centered care to people in the congregation and the community experiencing life difficulties. A basis of the program is: Galatians 6:2: “Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ”.
A Caring Heart Caregiver is a Grace Community Church member, trained by a Caring Heart Ministry Leader to offer care and support to people who are hurting to provide spiritual and emotional support. A Caring Heart Caregiver has one Care Receiver at a time; meeting once a week for one hour. The relationship with the Care Receiver lasts as long as the need persists.
